Meet the doctor:
Dr. Austin Harbison DDS
Dr. Austin Harbison attending UNC Chapel Hill Graduating in 2021 with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Austin is also a North Carolina native, growing up in Boone and graduating from Appalachian State University with both his BS and MS in Biology. Dr. Austin has spent the last few years working in private practice in Washington DC.

Dr. Austin is passionate about serving the community and ensuring access to care for all individuals. Dr. Austin is trained in all aspects of general dental care with a focus on restorative, preventative and LGBTQIA+ care.

Outside of the office Dr. Austin loves to travel, cook, and eat. Dr. Austin and his partner are frequently seen trying new foods or restaurants around the city.

Dr. Austin will work collaboratively with you to achieve your dental goals, improve your oral health, and be confident in your smile!

Dr. Austin is a proud member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Austin has participated in several professional development opportunities through the ADA to better serve his patients.
International College of Dentists
Dr. Austin was recently accepted into the International College of Dentists, which honors dentists from around the world who are committed to improving their communities and serving others.
North Carolina Dental Society
Dr. Austin is passionate about serving at the local level to support the dental field. Dr. Austin previously served as a board member in the DC Dental Society and is now actively engaged in the North Carolina Dental Society

Carrie Speerschneider
Dental Hygienist
Carrie joined the team in April 2015. She has been a hygienist in the Raleigh area since 1998.

When not treating patients’ dental fears, she loves spending time with her 2 kids, hiking and doing anything adventurous.
Lynn Williams
Office Manager
Lynn joined the team when the practice opened in 1992 as the office manager and is that friendly voice you hear when you call our office.
Lynn grew up in Raleigh and went to Wake Tech Community College. Lynn enjoys travel, fitness classes, reading and spending time with family and friends. Â She also spends a lot of her free time training and showing her dogs in obedience trials.
